Full payment must be made after the sketch whether in mid-changes or approval. I will not proceed with your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made.

If you don't have a complete Character Reference Sheet, Additional fees will be added depending on the complexity of the commission.

A mood board or compilation of outfits from different sources is NOT considered as a reference. Discussions still need to be made and only I can decide whether it's a reference or not depending on how well you put them together.

Up to 25% - 100% additional fee from the normal price depending on complexity.

Revisions can be requested DURING the WIP phase → Up to 3 minor revisions (ex. color change, small detail change) are allowed → Up to 1 major revision (ex. pose change) is allowed

Adding each revisions will have an additional fee of +15% of the normal price.

Completion art in about 1-3+ months depending on the schedule. Your commission will be delivered through Email.

You may use your commission for any personal uses such as profile icons, forum signatures, page decorations, and so on.

You MAY NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to make a profit. Unless discussed beforehand with me and paid with commercial rights + fees.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art for non-fungible tokens. Using my art for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Only Naero reserves the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time with a full or partial refund based on the progress made.

Unless on conditions that I can't finish the commission work, No refunds are available.

No chargebacks are allowed once payments have been made!

You have the right to request updates on your commission. Please understand that I have responsibilities IRL and other obligations outside of art, but I will do my best to deliver your commission in a timely manner.
